DESCRIPTION: This is a mom and pop motel. Built in the 1950’s and ready for service. We have 10 rooms. Seven rooms have queen beds of which three are kitchenettes. Two are family rooms. We are located near 7 ski resorts and near I-70 which is only 19 miles north. The motel is 3 miles north of Leadville. It is very quiet with awesome views and we are pet friendly.

AMENITIES: Microwaves, coffee pots, refrigerators in every room. Pets are allowed. Room to park, even your snowmobiles and their trailers. WI-FI accessible.
