RESERVATIONS

·         Phone reservations may be made only between 7 am - 10 pm daily.

·         Rooms will be guaranteed only after you have provided valid credit card information and have received confirmation.

·         By providing this credit card information for the purpose of obtaining lodging reservations, you are accepting the terms and conditions set forth on this policy page and authorizing the Hitchin Post Motel to charge to this credit card any applicable deposits, room costs, fees, repairs and damages, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

·         You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

·         Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. / Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

·         Late check outs/Early check ins available by request only.

CANCELLATIONS

Regular Policy – 24 Hours
      Cancellations made by 11 am on day before arrival – no charge.
      Cancellations made after by 11 am on day before arrival – full charge for room.

Summer and Special Events Policy – 2 Weeks Notice
      Cancellations made by 3 pm 14 days before arrival – no charge.
      Cancellations made after 3 pm 14 days before arrival – full charge for room.

NO-SHOWS

·         No-shows will be charged the total price for one night and if additional nights have been reserved they will be cancelled. Anyone who has not checked-in or contacted us by 6 pm on the first day of their reservation will be considered a “no show”.  

CHILDREN

·         Children must be constantly supervised both for their own safety and to ensure the comfort of other guests.

·         The parent/guardian is solely responsible for a child’s supervision and safety.

PET POLICY

·         Owners are expected to supervise and be in control of their animal at all times. Colorado law requires that dogs must be leashed.  

·         Dogs are not to be left unattended in room for any amount of time.

·         Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet and for any damage caused by their pet.

·         We reserve the right to refuse accommodations to any pet upon arrival if we feel the animal poses any threat to the health or harmony of others. Those who disregard these rules or who exercise poor judgment in handling their pet may be asked to leave without reimbursement. Pet owners are solely responsible for the safety and well-being of their pet during their stay. The Hitchin Post Motel assumes no legal or financial liability for accident or injury caused to or by your pet.

SMOKING REGULATIONS

·         This is a non-smoking facility as mandated by state code.

·         Smoking is permitted outside but not within 15 feet of entrance or window.

·         Violators of the no-smoking policy will forfeit their room and will not receive a refund.

·         Additional charges may be applied to the credit card you have provided to cover additional labor, supplies and lost revenues while room is returned to its original condition.

DAMAGE POLICYs

·         Any damages to Hitchin Post Motel property caused by guests, persons visiting guests, children or pets will be the responsibility of the person who made the reservation. You agree to making full restitution for damages, including excessive cleaning and missing items, when you make a reservation.
