Superb Service,
Superb Price, Superb Rooms. The
management is very concerned with the
noise level which allowed us to have a
very restfull night. The beds were
comfortable and the room heated up
nicely. The room had a mini fridge or a
full fridge depending on your needs. HBO
and WIFI. Telephone for calls and alarm
clock. More amenities then other hotels
that charge double what we paid. Very
satisfied customer and will stay again
next time in town.

Stars from your
bed.
Basic, clean,
quiet, great view.....
Friendly help at the front desk. Basic
accommodations, but the quiet location
and the view is why you should stay
there. You can lay in you bed and look
up at the stars over the ridge outside
your room. Very romantic. The beds were
comfortable, heater worked great, shower
etc was basic but very clean. Microwave,
coffee pot, fridge, coat hangers, good
lighting for working and romance.
Leadville just down the road with a
Safeway, Golden Burro, and many great
coffee and bakeries shops.

Often the very
lowest priced place in the area to
secure a door of your own to close, the
Hitchin' Post scores on the following
accounts:
1) Management is concerned and you don't
have to worry about noise or vandalism.
2) From full bath to HBO and an alarm
clock - add a full-size fridge and a
microwave, everything you need to set up
housekeeping for school, a construction
job or a season working in nearby Vail
or Summit County is there.
3) When renting weekly, the convenience
begins with no deposits and carries
through to the fact you can get mail and
messages at the motel where you just
appear or disappear at the end of the
week without hassle or problem.
4) On-site coin laundry, vehicle storage
and coffee and donuts in the office just
top off the pudding.

Awesome
motel outside of town
The new ownership
is a complete 180 compared to the people
who ran the motel before. The new owners
have fixed things up, they are customer
service oriented, and it's far and away
the cheapest motel in the Leadville
area, easily beating out the competition
by $10-$20 or more PER NIGHT. The new
ownership is even getting it to where
there are more amenities than the more
expensive motels in town. Highly
recommended for anyone traveling to the
Leadville area, or just need a place to
sleep en route to whereever you are
going.
